Delivery charges

We will charge delivery of £6 for orders under £50. Delivery is free for orders over £50.

In the event the delivery has not be accepted by you after three attempts by us we may charge a restocking fee to cover the cost of delivery up to a maximum of £30.

Terms & conditions

We offer a delivery service within the timescales shown against each product on our site. Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your delivery is within this timeframe. We cannot guarantee that this will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our suppliers or our delivery partners. If we are unable to meet these timescales, we will contact you with a revised estimated date.

Please note that we currently only deliver to addresses in England, Wales and Mainland Scotland.

You will be informed of your estimated delivery date in a dispatch confirmation sent by email. This delivery date is when we expect our delivery partner will deliver to you. 

Your delivery will be completed when we deliver your order to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. If you have not accepted delivery after three attempts by us, we may treat the contract as having been cancelled by you and process a refund excluding a restocking fee as indicated above within delivery charges.
